The city centre transforms into a winter wonderland, immersing visitors in the festival spirit.

With excellent transport access Hamburg offers you a chance to spend time with the Convention Bureau team, and their partners, it gives you a real chance to see what the city can offer your event.

This is our 4^th year running this in depth educational and half day ‘in destination’ workshop which means you will get to know far more about the city than you would with a couple of days' site visits alone.

The Conrad Hamburg

The highlight and host hotel is the new Conrad Hamburg, the first Conrad in Germany, opening September 2025.

Located near the Town Hall, Alster, and HafenCity, the historic Levantehaus (1912) with its listed Art Nouveau façade now houses an exclusive shopping centre.

Interior designers 1508 London reimagined not only all rooms and suites, but also nine daylight-flooded conference rooms (for up to 220 guests), a lounge bar, restaurant with private dining, whiskey lounge, spa with indoor pool, and wellness facilities.

At Design Offices, our Buyer-Supplier workshop takes place in multifunctional, design-oriented spaces, letting you choose who to meet.
