Reset, Rethink, Redefine with The Swiss

Monday 27th & Tuesday 28th April 2026
24 hr Switzerland Retreat @ The Relais, Henley-on-Thames

Where you will meet

The Relais Henley is a charming riverside retreat, tucked behind the arches of Henley Bridge, metres from the river, in the elegant town of Henley-upon-Thames. Originally The Red Lion, a coaching inn, this historic hotel was once royal stopping point for King Charles I back in 1600s. Just 45 minutes from the centre of London, the train station is just 5 mins walk, and the intersections of the M4, M40, M5, M25 motorways.

For this retreat, we will have exclusive use of The Relais, ensuring complete privacy and a fully dedicated space for all guests. The entire property - bedrooms, event areas and dining spaces - all of it will be for our group, allowing for a seamless, bespoke experience in a truly unique riverside setting.

Morning Hour of Power
with Olympian Rower, Toby Garbett

The second retreat morning will be led by Toby Garbett, two-time Olympic rowing champion and owner of TG Gym & Wellness in Henley.

The morning begins with an energising keynote session: ‘Hour of Power’, led by Toby, exploring how stamina developed in elite sport translates into sustained high performance in business.

Drawing on his experience at the highest level, Toby will share how to build resilience, maintain clarity under pressure, and manage energy as a critical performance asset. He reframes stamina as a strategic capability that underpins consistent decision-making, leadership presence, and long-term effectiveness.

The session is predominantly speaker-led, concluding with a short 15-minute guided movement segment. Accessible to all, this practical element reinforces simple techniques to reset focus, support recovery, and sustain performance throughout demanding working days.

We look forward to seeing you in Henley!
