Taking place from Tuesday 17th to Thursday 19th November 2026, IBTM World Barcelona is one of the world's leading meetings and events exhibitions, bringing together professionals from across the global meetings and events industry.

Plus, join the Moulden group on Monday 16th November for an optional short pre-show orientation, giving you the opportunity to experience more of Barcelona ahead of IBTM World.

If you're responsible for sourcing venues, destinations or suppliers for meetings, conferences, incentives or events, this is an excellent opportunity to build valuable business connections while experiencing everything IBTM World has to offer.

Please note, Hosted Buyers must attend all three days of the show in full and are therefore required to arrive in Barcelona by 9:00am on Tuesday 17th November. To accommodate this, IBTM will host you for an additional night on Monday 16th November.

Optional Pre-Show Orientation & Schedule

As IBTM requires all buyers to be in Barcelona you may arrive on the 16th and benefit from 3 nights accommodation from 16th - 18th November inclusive on IBTM. Therefore, Moulden Marketing is offering our hosted buyer group option to join our pre-show orientation in Barcelona. As IBTM requires all buyers to be in Barcelona by 9:00am on Tuesday 17th and attend all three full show days, we encourage you to arrive by approximately 12:00 noon on Monday 16th November to join our optional pre-show orientation of Barcelona (mini pre-fam) and dinner. This gives our group the opportunity to explore a little more of the city together before IBTM World officially opens. pls note you will need to arrive by 12 noon on Monday 16th to join our tour. should you arrive later you will still qualify for accommodation.

You’ll also be invited to our Moulden evening event on Tuesday and have full support from the Moulden team in the lead-up to, during and after the show.

The exhibition will run from Tuesday 17th to Thursday 19th November 2026, giving you the opportunity to connect with international suppliers through scheduled appointments, attend networking events and take part in educational sessions throughout the event.

Hosted Buyer Commitments & Registration

Registration Fee

This year IBTM are offering enhanced hospitality on and off the show floor, therefore a non-refundable registration fee of €100 (+VAT where applicable) is payable upon application to the organisers of IBTM.

Hosted Buyer Commitments

As a Hosted Buyer, you'll be expected to:

• Attend the full three-day event (17th-19th November).
• Complete a minimum of 15 pre-scheduled or self-scheduled appointments each day.
• Attend one mandatory Destination Experience or conference session each day.

Please keep the following essential terms and conditions in mind before submitting your hosted buyer application:

1. Registration Fee

The €100 registration fee is non-refundable and payable directly upon application to the organizers of IBTM.

2. Additional Expenses

Travel insurance, visas, flight/hotel upgrades, additional nights, and personal expenses are not covered.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Strict fees apply for cancellations and no-shows as specified in the official Hosted Buyer Terms & Conditions.

4. Travel & Availability

All travel and accommodation arrangements remain subject to availability and your agreed programme type (Fully Hosted, Semi Hosted, or Appointment Only).
